APPLICATION + REMOVAL

How do I apply my new LifeTrove nails?

PREP

  • Remove any nail polish and trim down natural nails.
  • Wash hands thoroughly with soap.
  • Buff the nail gently using the nail file and push back cuticles with the wooden stick.
  • Wipe each nail using the alcohol wipe provided.
  • Select the correct size nail for each finger and set aside in order.

ADHESIVE TAB APPLICATION (Temporary Wear)

  • Apply adhesive tab to the back of the artificial nail, press and smooth it out; then peel off the film.
  • Align the artificial nail with your cuticle and press down firmly, starting in the middle, then each side.

GLUE APPLICATION (Up to 14 Day Wear)

  • Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of the artificial nail.
  • Apply a small dot of glue to your natural nail.
  • Align the artificial nail with your cuticle, gently press on, and hold for 15 seconds.

PRO TIPS

  • Avoid contact with water for the first hour.
  • Apply enough glue to avoid air pockets, secure properly, and extend wear time.
  • Immediately wipe off excess glue if over-gluing occurs.

How do I select the right nail size?

Each nail comes in three sizes: S, M, and L. Please refer to the tutorial under "HOW TO CHOOSE SIZE" for detailed instructions on selecting the correct size. If you believe your hands are of average size, M is the most commonly fitting size for most people.

How do I remove my LifeTrove nails?

Please refer to the tutorial under "How to Remove"

  1. Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes.
  2. Carefully lift the sides of the artificial nail and gently remove it.
  3. If the nail is still firmly attached, soak for an additional 2-3 minutes and try again.

Why did my nails pop off?

No worries! If some nails are coming off before others, it is usually because the glue application to each nail was not consistent. Simply add more glue to your natural nail and a dot to the back of the artificial nail, then re-apply it.

Be sure to review the "HOW TO REMOVE" section to ensure the application process is being followed correctly. Perfect nail application requires careful preparation, and following the instructions is critical to ensure a long-wearing, instant manicure.

Can I reuse/reapply my nails?

Yes! LifeTrove nails can be applied multiple times. With proper care, you can enjoy them over and over again, maintaining their beauty and durability.

Are they durable?

Absolutely! We are not the typical press-on nail brand that uses thin and flimsy plastic. Each LifeTrove Nails set is created using a unique production process to ensure high quality and super durable nails. You can feel confident performing your daily tasks without worrying about breaks or splits!

Are my natural nails safe?

Of course! Your natural nails underneath LifeTrove Nails are perfectly safe. The nail glue is non-damaging and will not harm your natural nails. To maintain healthy natural nails, please ensure proper preparation and application. Wearing them for longer than 14 days may slightly increase the chance of moisture getting trapped between the artificial nail and adhesive, which could lead to minor issues. To prevent this, follow the removal procedures as soon as the nails begin to lift. You can reapply the nails, just make sure both your natural nails and the artificial nails are clean and properly prepared for reapplication.

When will my order ship?

We understand you want your order as soon as possible, and we're just as excited for you to receive your new LifeTrove nails! We ship all orders within 48 business hours of purchase. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

Delivery Issues?

If you're experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, first check to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address is correct, contact your local post office immediately—they will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

LifeTrove does not hold or accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address!

No worries! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can make changes or modifications to the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@lifetrove.net or by completing the contact us form. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes. USPS does not allow address changes or updates mid-transit. We recommend contacting USPS directly to see if they can possibly reroute your package once it arrives at the original destination.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We hope you are obsessed with your new LifeTrove nails and never want to go back to overpriced manicures again. If that’s not the case, we are happy to accept returns of new, unused, and unopened nails within 30 days of purchase—hassle-free! Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation. Please contact us at support@lifetrove.net or fill out our contact form. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.
