Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, before being shipped. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change to the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy when placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for transit delays. If you experience a significant delay, we recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the process. Once an order is in transit, the tracking information available to you is the same as what we can access. For any delivery concerns, please contact the mail carrier directly.

Stolen Items

We cannot assume responsibility for stolen items. If your package has been stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS and report the theft to your local police station.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, a shipping fee of $9.9 applies.
