Return Window
Customers have a 14-day window from the delivery date to submit a return request to our customer service team.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition.
Both the product and its packaging must be undamaged.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with intact packaging.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@lifetrove.net.
Specify your order number and the items you intend to return.
Return requests must be made within the 14-day timeframe.
Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receiving the returned package, we will meticulously inspect all items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that arrive damaged and are deemed unsellable.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed.
A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.
All promotional and holiday sale event items are considered FINAL SALE.
Orders placed using discount codes may be returned if unopened and within 14 days of delivery, except for special holiday promotions.
Due to the personal nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns once they have been worn, except in cases of quality issues.
Exchanges
We currently do not facilitate exchanges.
In the event of a defective product, we will provide a complimentary replacement set or issue a gift card equivalent to the product's value.
Communication and Confirmation
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt.
You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund processing will commence, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
